Peptide COA verification checklist PurePeptideHub ยท 14 October 2026 Check the issuer, sample, batch and limits of a laboratory report. [ ] Find the issuing laboratory through its official website. Open its verification service or contact it directly; do not rely on a seller's screenshot. [ ] Compare the report ID, version, dates, sample description and results with the issuer's complete record. A failed lookup alone does not prove a forgery. [ ] Match the sample and lot to your material. If identifiers differ, request a documented link rather than assuming the report covers your vial. [ ] Separate identity, chromatographic purity, measured amount, sterility and endotoxin. An omitted result is missing information, not a pass. [ ] Read the method, units and reporting limits beside each result. Peak-area purity is not automatically the peptide's percentage by weight or amount per vial. [ ] Check any accreditation claim against the current accreditation-body record and the exact method scope. [ ] Record what remains unresolved and ask the issuer specific questions. A genuine report does not establish clinical safety or every vial's contents.
