Bring a question and a source
Link the paper, official laboratory page or public report you want to discuss. Explain what is unclear. Separate published evidence, your interpretation and personal experience. Personal experiences are not clinical trials, and a lab certificate is not a product endorsement.
Keep the focus on learning
Contributions should concern research literacy, testing methods, report interpretation or improvements to this site. Do not request personalized dosing, injection instructions, diagnosis or treatment plans. This community is not an emergency or clinical support service.
No sales, sourcing or undisclosed promotion
Do not post purchase links, discount codes, referral offers, group buys or invitations to transact privately. Disclose employment, sponsorships, affiliate interests and supplied samples when relevant to a contribution. We may remove promotional material even when a relationship is disclosed.
Protect other people’s privacy
Do not share private messages, contact details, medical records or identifying information about another person without permission. Redact your own personal details from reports. Pseudonyms are welcome; impersonation and fabricated credentials are not.
Challenge claims respectfully
Discuss methods, evidence and reasoning. No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse or repeated personal attacks. A disagreement is more useful when it identifies the specific claim and provides a better source.
How contributions are handled
Questions sent through the contact form are private editorial submissions, not automatically published posts. Editors may use a question to improve a resource without identifying its sender. Public discussion, when enabled, uses moderation and reporting tools; posts may be edited, held or removed under these standards. Contact us to report a problem or request a review.
