Where to Inject TB-500
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) acts systemically through its role in actin regulation and cell migration. Unlike BPC-157, injection site location has minimal impact on efficacy because TB-500 distributes throughout the body regardless of where it is administered.
Recommended Injection Sites
Abdomen
PrimaryPrimary injection site. TB-500 is systemic so convenient site selection is appropriate.
Outer Thigh
SecondaryGood alternative, especially when rotating away from abdominal sites.
Upper Arm
SecondaryThird rotation option for long-term protocols.
Injection Technique
Wash Hands
Wash hands with soap and water for 20+ seconds. Dry with a clean towel.
Prepare the Dose
Wipe the vial stopper with alcohol. Draw the calculated dose into an insulin syringe. Remove air bubbles.
Clean the Site
Swab the injection site with alcohol in a circular motion. Allow to air dry for 30 seconds.
Pinch and Insert
Pinch a fold of skin at the injection site. Insert the needle at 90 degrees with a quick, smooth motion.
Inject Slowly
Push the plunger slowly over 5-10 seconds. Wait 5 seconds, then withdraw. Apply gentle pressure.
Dispose Safely
Place the syringe directly into a sharps container. Return the vial to the refrigerator.
Timing & Frequency
TB-500 timing is flexible. Can be administered at any time of day.
Loading phase: 2-3 times per week. Maintenance: once weekly or biweekly.
Site Rotation
Standard rotation across abdomen, thighs, and arms. Since TB-500 is systemic, site selection is purely for tissue health.
Local vs Systemic Effects
TB-500 is entirely systemic. It works by regulating actin proteins involved in cell structure and migration throughout the body. There is no benefit to injecting near an injury site—the peptide distributes evenly regardless of injection location.
Warnings & Precautions
- !TB-500 is not FDA-approved for any use.
- !Loading phase uses higher frequency—ensure adequate site rotation.
- !Exclude subjects with active cancer due to potential angiogenic properties.
- !Store reconstituted TB-500 at 2-8°C and use within 21 days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it matter where I inject TB-500?
No. TB-500 acts systemically through actin regulation and distributes throughout the body regardless of injection site. Choose any convenient SubQ site and focus on proper rotation.
Can I inject TB-500 and BPC-157 at the same time?
Many protocols combine them ("Wolverine Stack"). Use separate syringes and different injection sites for each peptide on the same day.
