What this collection covers

This is a selected research feed for the 20 compounds already in our guide collection. Each check requests up to 10 recent publications per compound from 2020 onward, plus up to 5 recently updated trial registrations. Trial registrations may have started earlier. Earlier imported records are retained.

The snapshot was prepared on 18 Sept 2026. It is not a continuously updating service or a systematic review. A missing record may reflect our search terms, source coverage, indexing delay or the sample limit. No matches does not mean no evidence exists.

How a study connects to a compound

Publications match explicit compound names or aliases in their titles. Trials match individual named interventions, or an explicit combination name in the study title. Separately listed ingredients are not combined into a product name. Multiple compounds can connect to one record, including comparators. This relationship does not imply that a study demonstrated a benefit for every linked compound.

Full-length thymosin beta-4 is not treated as an alias for TB-500. Combination products such as CagriSema are kept separate from their individual ingredients. Non-peptide compounds already covered by the site remain labelled in their research views.

What we have read

A citation, an abstract and a full paper provide different levels of detail. Citation-only records link to the original source without a generated finding. Any local draft based on an abstract is labelled as such; an open-access flag does not mean that the full paper has been read or that its content can be reused without checking the licence.

Journal indexing is not a quality endorsement. Study-design labels may be provisional title signals. A randomized trial, a secondary analysis, an animal experiment and a review answer different questions; they are not interchangeable evidence levels.

From a source to something worth reading

Find & connect

Keep the identifiers, dates and compound matches attached to the record.

Read & review

Check methods, findings, uncertainties and each claim’s source before publication.

Publish & maintain

Connect useful articles and discussions; revisit them when the evidence changes.

Corrections and wider coverage

Correction and retraction notices present in retrieved source records are labelled. This pilot does not yet run comprehensive retraction monitoring. Before publication, an editor needs to check the paper’s current status with its publisher. Crossref update monitoring, preprint version tracking and licence-aware full-text retrieval are planned for the next phase.
